The tragic events that forever changed Samantha's life and that of her family also changed the life of Indianapolis lawyer Jim Keller. Jim represented Samantha following the car accident that caused her spinal cord injury. Like everyone that meets Samantha and her loving family, Jim was touched by their situation and wanted to help make a difference. Many Indianapolis business and civic leaders joined forces to build a new home for Samantha equipped with the access and technology necessary to meet her medical needs.It is the goal of Samantha's Friends to help not only Samantha Allen, but other people like her. People with special housing needs as a result of a catastrophic injury or medical issue. Now that Samantha has her house, her Friends will continue their efforts through the formation of a non-profit organization, appropriately named "Samantha's House."
